The primary purpose of G-SALSA is to promote academic and social networking among graduate students of Latin and Spanish-speaking heritage and to increase the number of Latino/a students on campus. We are interested in disseminate our cultural background and increase the awareness of our presence and value to Northwestern University. The membership of G-SALSA is open to all graduate students at Northwestern University who personally identify with and support the Hispanic/Latinamerican culture. With the foundation of this organization, we hope to provide all G-SALSA members with a friendly environment while pursuing their graduate studies at NU. |
