WHO ARE WE?

The Graduate Broomball League is a group of Northwestern University graduate students who host bimonthly broomball outings for a purely recreational purpose.

WHAT IS BROOMBALL?

Similar to hockey, broomball is a sport that is played with rubber-tipped "brooms" and foam balls slightly smaller than soccer balls.  Participants play on an ice rink, but without ice skates, and the objective of the game is to get the foam ball into the opponent's goal using only brooms.  Rules for the game can be found here

WHO CAN PLAY?

All graduate students at Northwestern University are eligible and encouraged to play.
